Instructor for Photovoltaic Systems Installer Course

Do you work in the field of photovoltaic systems and know that this trade is best learned through practice? At OPTIMAD CALIFICĂRI, we are looking for a passionate professional with real-world experience in the field, who wishes to train future photovoltaic system installers and pass on the secrets of the trade.

At OPTIMAD, a trainee goes through a complete qualification path: they first qualify as a Construction Electrician, then specialize through the Solar Photovoltaic Systems Installer course. That is why we are looking for a trainer who can support both courses, offering trainees continuity throughout their training.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in the field of solar photovoltaic installations
• Higher education in the field of electrical / energy / installations
• Real practical experience in the design and installation of photovoltaic systems
• Availability to also teach the Construction Electrician qualification course, in addition to the Solar Photovoltaic Systems Installer course, is an advantage.
• Ability to explain clearly and practically
• Seriousness, responsibility, and patience with people undergoing professional retraining
• Flexible schedule: 1-2 course sessions per week, in the evening, each lasting 3 hours, with the possibility of holding up to 5 sessions per week, depending on your availability and the time you wish to allocate.

What you will do:

• You will teach the specialization course “Solar Photovoltaic Systems Installer” (and ideally, also the course “Construction Electrician”) for adults who want to learn a new trade or retrain
• You will explain the theoretical part (components, sizing, operational safety, regulations) and share your practical experience in the field
• You will help trainees understand the trade and the real way of working in the field (panel installation, inverters, grid connection, commissioning)
• Collaboration is flexible, session-based, through PFA/SRL
• Theory courses are usually held from 6:00 PM.
• Theory is taught online, so you can collaborate with us from any city in the country

Collaboration Conditions:

1. To know the trade you teach very well,
2. to have higher education in the field, and
3. a trainer diploma.

About the trainer diploma

To teach professional training programs, a trainer diploma is required, but if you don't have one, we will support you in obtaining it, so that you can start the collaboration under legal and clear conditions.
