What is the opportunity?

We are currently looking for a profile like yours to join our team as: .NET Professional with solid experience in ASP.NET, C#, ODBC, and SQL Server, specializing in the maintenance of Microsoft enterprise applications. Capable of analyzing existing systems, technically leading minor improvement initiatives (under 600 hours), resolving complex incidents, and adding value through continuous optimization, ensuring stability, quality, and operational continuity of business services.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Design of Solutions
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define viable and scalable solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on existing applications.
• Prepare effort estimates for maintenance and improvement activities.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Participate in refinement sessions and technical definitions with user areas.
• Development and Maintenance
• Implement corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance on applications developed on the Microsoft platform.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents.
• Design, develop, and optimize components using .NET technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Implement performance, stability, and security improvements in applications.
• Ensure the technical quality of solutions before their release.
• Database and Information Management
• Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries.
• Develop and modify Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Triggers.
• Analyze performance issues related to queries and data structures.
• Support the definition of data integration and access mechanisms.
• Governance and Continuous Improvement
• Generate technical and functional documentation.
• Promote best practices for development and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to junior and semi-senior developers.
• Participate in technological modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction.
• Propose continuous improvements aimed at operational efficiency and service quality.

Technical Requirements / Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and maintenance of Microsoft applications.
• Demonstrable experience in evolutionary, corrective maintenance, and application support projects.
• Participation in critical business enterprise systems.
• Experience estimating and executing maintenance tasks of up to 600 hours.
