Prof Architect (PrArch) - Cape Town

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prof Architect (PrArch) to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with a proven track record of successful projects. The Prof Architect will be responsible for leading a team of architects, designers, and engineers to create innovative and sustainable designs for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Develop and review architectural plans, designs, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Develop concepts and proposals for new projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional registration as a Prof Architect (PrArch)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
