Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Digitalization & Market Development

Your Challenge:
You take on a key role at the interface of market, customer, sales, and product. You not only develop concepts but actively implement measures and drive the further development of our market penetration.
Your goal: to market products successfully, unlock new potentials, and achieve measurable results through modern digital approaches.
Your Tasks:
- Further development and implementation of our product marketing and market penetration strategy
- Planning and implementation of digital marketing, content, and lead generation measures
- Development of compelling product, sales, and marketing collateral
- Optimization of website, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Building and further developing CRM-supported market penetration
- Conducting market, customer, and competitor analyses
- Support of sales, trade partners, and international markets
- Use of marketing automation, data analysis, and AI applications to increase reach, leads, and sales success
- Planning and accompanying customer visits, dealer appointments, trade fairs, and events
Your Profile:
- University degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, Business, or Engineering, as well as relevant experience in product marketing
- Several years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally with complex products
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, campaign management, as well as website, landing page, and content projects
- Proficient in using digital marketing, analysis, and AI-supported tools
- Experience in using AI for content creation, market penetration, automation, or data analysis
- Understanding of customers, markets, sales channels, and trade partners
- Ability to translate technical product features into convincing customer benefits
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills, and a pronounced customer orientation
- Structured way of working, digital and analytical competence, as well as cross-departmental collaboration
- Very good German and good English skills
Advantageous:
- Experience in packaging, food, catering, logistics, reusable systems, or industrial consumer goods
- Experience in product launches, market development, and international sales projects
- E-commerce, webshop, or platform marketing
- AI-supported content creation and process automation
- Trade fair and event management as well as market and competitor analyses
