We are looking for a Product Manager:in Versicherungen / Versicherungskonzepte (m/w/d) with a focus on Concepts & Insurance Management at our location in Lübeck to join our team as soon as possible. The position is unlimited full-time (38 hours) to be filled.

Aufgaben

As Product Manager:in, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our insurance products and concepts:

• Analyse and further development of existing insurance products and coverage concepts from private, commercial and industrial customer segments
• Observation of market trends, product innovations and regulatory requirements
• Evaluation of insurance conditions, tariffs and performance contents
• Conceptualization of new products, framework agreements and special solutions in collaboration with insurers
• Interface between departments, sales/inside sales, insurers and possibly external partners
• Preparation of product documentation, decision-making templates and professional guidelines
• Support for colleagues on technical questions related to products and concepts
• Accompaniment of product launches including training and communication concepts
• Organization and accompaniment of events on products and concepts within the company group
• Active participation in projects for process and quality optimization

Qualifikation

• Completed education or studies in the insurance, finance or business sector
• Multiple years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally:
• In product management
• In the broker field
• Or in a conceptually specialized role (e.g. underwriting, department specialist)
• Experience in collaboration with insurers and internal stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of the insurance market as well as insurance conditions and tariffs
• Analytical, structured and conceptual working style, as well as the ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
• Communication strength and confident appearance towards internal and external contact persons
• Eigeninitiative, sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Pleasure in actively shaping and developing products
• Teamwork and interface competence
• Technical understanding / safe handling of comparison calculators
