We are looking for you!
Become as Product Manager/In Merchandise (all genders) part of our smart, sports-obsessed team that loves events and has a healthy dose of start-up DNA, heart, and humor. At our company, you'll get real responsibility, short decision-making paths, and plenty of room to make your ideas visible. If you're keen on taking our merchandise to the next level – from product idea to fan shop at our outdoor events – then you're exactly right here.
Your tasks:
- b Integration: from product design over quantity planning to economic evaluation (price setting, margin, coverage etc.).
- responsible for sourcing and quality management of our merchandise products (focus: European production).
- analyze continuously the performance in e-commerce, lead measures, and ensure that sales targets are reached.
- b Integration: online fan shop (Shopify) and develop it content-wise and structurally further.
- lead negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers.
- coordinate logistical processes – both before and directly on our outdoor events.
- plan and coordinate our fan shops during the event season (May–September) including quantity planning and warehousing logistics.
- create briefings and prepare staff for their deployment at events.
- work closely with Sponsoring, Marketing, and Finance – e.g., in co-branding projects, product marketing or accounting.
Your profile:
You…
- have experience in merchandising, retail, e-commerce, or bring comparable skills with you.
- understand warehousing processes and supply chains.
- possess basic business knowledge and can apply it securely.
- have first-hand experience with POS systems.
- are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- speak fluent German (at least C1) and English.
- work independently, structured, and responsibly.
- are data-driven, analytical, and make decisions based on facts.
- show ownership, bring drive with you, and want to develop our merchandise innovatively.
- are travel-ready, especially during the event season.
- have a strong service orientation and enjoy contact with participants and customers.
What you can expect from us:
- A team that shares your spirit: sports-obsessed, creative, and full of energy.
- Diversity and variety: in-depth insights into our event series and diverse task areas.
- Room for self-initiative: flat hierarchies, plenty of design space, and the opportunity to bring your own ideas.
- A flexible benefit budget that you can use, for example, for a membership in the Urban Sports Club or for travel expenses.
- Exclusive benefits: corporate benefits at numerous providers and retailers.
- Personal highlight: family & friends tickets for our events.
- Development opportunities: trainings, workshops, and exciting perspectives for your personal and professional development.
We look forward to you!
How we encourage every person to apply, regardless of age, gender identity, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability or religion. We value diversity and look forward to building teams that represent a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. All appointments will be based on qualifications and requirements.
