Tasks

Your Mission

• Concept & Requirements: You write and review technical concepts and process descriptions for new features and modules – always from the user's perspective and based on your accounting knowledge
• Quality Assurance & Testing: You conduct functional tests and usability checks, detect bugs, and provide structured feedback to the development team
• Being the Interface: You're the link between IT, sales, support, and management. You translate expertise into technical logic and match customer requirements with technical solutions
• Project Support: You work operationally in ongoing projects (e.g., module introductions or interface connections)
• Knowledge Management: You analyze and optimize existing functions and create understandable internal documentation and help articles

Qualification

Your Toolbox

• You come from accounting or the tax field and know common accounting software from your professional experience
• You're communication-strong, work well across teams, and have a high standard for quality and user-friendliness (usability) of software
• You genuinely want to get to know a specialized software product from the inside out and actively support IT in implementing new functions
• You have the talent to clearly, structuredly, and logically document complex technical issues
