To strategically and product-wise optimally accompany our strong growth, we're looking for a Product Manager (m/w/d) – a strategic, creative, and implementation-strong personality with a sense for trends, numbers, and strong products.

In your role as Product Manager (m/w/d), you'll be an intimate and trustworthy partner to the management team and shape our product portfolio and the future of our brand actively.

As Product Manager (m/w/d), you'll develop our product strategy further, recognize market potential early on, and transform trends into successful products – from the initial idea to launch. You'll work independently, proactively, and data-driven and feel at home in a young, digital team that pursues ambitious goals with passion and works on a strong brand.

Aufgaben

Product Strategy & Range

• Further development of our product strategy in the fragrance and lifestyle segment
• Identification of new product potential (e.g. scented candles, diffusers, gift sets, limited editions)
• Strategic expansion and continuous optimization of our range

Trend & Market Research

• Analysis of market and competition trends in e-commerce, beauty, and lifestyle
• Early recognition of hype products and consumer trends
• Drawing data-based product recommendations

Product Development & Launch

• Steering the entire development process for new products – from idea to market launch
• Conception of new fragrance variants, product lines, and categories
• Tight coordination with suppliers, production, marketing, and management

Inventory Management & Product Expansion

• Monitoring of sales figures, inventory levels, and demand developments
• Planning of reorders and product expansions
• Ensuring optimal stock availability

Lieferant & Production Management

• Communication and negotiation with manufacturers and international suppliers
• Safeguarding quality, timing, and cost-effectiveness

E-Commerce Optimization

• Further development of product positioning, product data, images, and texts
• Tight cooperation with marketing for conversion optimization
• Analysis of customer feedback and performance data

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Experience in product management, ideally in the e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sector
• Very good understanding of online trade, conversion chains, and data-driven decisions
• Experience in developing and launching new products
• Safe handling of market analyses, KPIs, and forecasts
• Organizational talent and a keen sense for aesthetics, trends, and consumer behavior
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills for international supplier communication
• Turkish language skills are an advantage
