Product Manager (w/m/d) Spare Parts & Lifecycle

WHY WE NEED YOU
- As Product Manager (m/w/d) for Spare Parts & Lifecycle, you are responsible for the operational management of our global portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle and ensure that our products – even long after their market introduction – can be operated reliably and economically.
- You define the spare parts assortment in close coordination with development and technical documentation and optimize it continuously.
- You are responsible for the complete spare parts management as well as the care of international companies in this area.
- Your tasks include maintaining and ensuring the quality of material data in SAP, as well as developing and maintaining product prices.
- The monitoring of product performance and defining suitable measures to ensure competitiveness and profitability also belongs to your responsibility.
- You are responsible for steering and implementing product changes and discontinuations (including Discontinuation Management).
- You work together with relevant internal interfaces (development, marketing, service, sales) to develop product and lifecycle requirements.
- You participate in global product launch activities and present product concepts, status reports, and decision-making grounds for management and project committees.
WHAT WE WISH FOR:
- A successfully completed technical education or a technical/business administration degree, ideally in the field of engineering or business administration, forms the foundation of your qualification.
- You have several years of experience in product management, spare parts management, or a comparable function in a technical environment.
- Experience in project management, international cooperation, and with SAP as well as Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) is advantageous.
- You possess knowledge in requirement management, pricing, and business case development.
- You are confident in handling presentation techniques and have a deep understanding of technical product structures.
- You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- You possess very good communicative skills and enjoy working with international teams.
- You have secure German and English language skills as well as the willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
