Product Manager Sealing Systems (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Continuous market-, target group- and competition observation, as well as interpretation of trends for the development of medium- and long-term strategies for each product group.
• Monitoring of portfolios along the entire product life cycle, steering of entry and exit processes, and initiation and implementation of strategic measures.
• Creation of informative requirement profiles for new products and identification of suitable service concepts to ensure a timely and market-oriented offer.
• Participation in revenue calculation, support in calculation and pricing, as well as professional creation of product data sheets and installation instructions.
• Planning and implementation of internal product training to ensure seamless knowledge transfer within the company.

Qualification

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or technical studies, e.g. construction engineering or building services engineering.
• Multiple years of experience in product management and ideally in sales of consulting-intensive building products.
• Experience in preparing and conducting market research.
• Fundamental understanding of the construction industry and secure knowledge of project management.
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting and calculation.
• Safe handling of MS-Office, excellent presentation and moderation skills.
• Communication strength, organizational talent, conflict and cooperation skills.
• Eigeninitiative, enthusiasm and confident appearance.
