Product Manager / Quality Manager (m/f/d)

ARMSTARK has been distributing premium quality hot tubs, swim spas, infrared cabins, and saunas for over 30 years. For this, we need a reliable and motivated team.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager / Quality Manager (m/f/d) in Tettenweis (Bavaria) who will actively further develop our products, identify potential for improvement, and simultaneously pass on their expertise practically to our employees.

Your Tasks

• Product improvement & product further development

• Continuous analysis and evaluation of our products regarding quality, functionality, and optimization potential

• Identification and implementation of product improvements and further developments

• Support and coordination of optimization measures in close consultation with the relevant internal departments and external partners

• Analysis of technical anomalies and recurring quality or product issues, as well as derivation of suitable improvement measures

• Participation in the introduction and further development of products

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, product information, and presentations

• Contact person for internal and external queries regarding products, quality, and technical topics

What You Bring

• A completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, ideally with strong technical understanding

• Structured, conscientious, and independent way of working, as well as organizational skills and process understanding

• Professional experience in product management, quality management, or a comparable technical environment

• Enjoyment in critically examining products, identifying potential for improvement, and actively driving solutions forward

• Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and a confident, communicative demeanor during training

• Good knowledge of the MS Office package

• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills
