Aufgaben

Product Data & Systems

• Creation, maintenance, and revision of product descriptions, features, and media in collaboration with procurement and marketing
• Maintenance and updating of product master data in the ERP system (GDI – BLINE) and synchronization with our shop system (Shopware 6)
• Ensuring high-quality, completeness, and consistency of data

Certifications & Documentation

• Compilation of technical documents, evidence, and documentation
• Preliminary preparation, maintenance, and management of product-specific certifications,
  creation of test requests, and professional exchange with testing laboratories
  in the context of product certifications

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. industrial clerk, technical business administrator, product management, e-commerce, etc.)
• Experience in maintaining product or master data (ERP, PIM, webshop)
• Ideal knowledge of SQL and database queries
• A very structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
• Safe handling of Excel and enjoyment of data-driven work
• Basic understanding of technical products is advantageous
• Teamwork, communication strength, and sense of responsibility
