Product Manager (m/w/d) Squad Factory

The SelectLine Group is a leading provider of ERP software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Together, we support companies in digitalizing their financial and operational processes, from ERP and payroll to production planning and control.

Squad Factory is the growth segment of SelectLine. We develop neo ERP Factory: a modern solution for production planning, BDE (business data collection), and integrated production planning in the mid-market. The team works closely with customers and actively shapes a product field with real market potential.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the product vision for neo ERP Factory – roadmap, backlog, and release planning are in your hands.
• You will develop a clear product vision for the areas of production, BDE, and production planning – always close to the needs of mid-sized customers.
• You will work closely with development, QA, and support teams in the squad and ensure a continuous value flow.
• You will analyze the market, observe competitors, and lead concrete product decisions from there.
• You will represent your product segment against business management, product development leaders, and other stakeholders within the SelectLine Group.

Qualification

• Proven experience in product management in a B2B software environment (ERP, MES or comparable), with demonstrated roadmap and backlog ownership.
• Understanding of production processes: You know terms like production order, parts list, BDE, and capacity planning – and have worked with production companies.
• Lived experience in agile methods (Scrum/SAFe) as a product owner or PM – not just certification, but real sprint life.
• Analytical competence: You can read data, estimate market potential, and justify priorities.
• Communication strength against GF, development team, and external partners. You moderate conflicts between Tech and Business.
• Fluent German (C1+), solid English skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SelectLine, SAP B1, Sage, Infor etc.) beyond mere user level.
• Certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) – as long as it is backed by lived experience.
