We are a team of passionate, highly qualified, and creative engineers. We cover the entire development spectrum from concept to design, prototyping, and testing. Our employees develop mechanical and electronic solutions as well as regulation algorithms and software according to automotive standards. The testing of the systems will be carried out both on the test stand and in the vehicle. Worldwide, renowned vehicle manufacturers and automotive suppliers utilize the comprehensive expertise and idea richness of our team from experienced experts and young talents. We are offering a position as:

Tasks

• Definition and maintenance of the product roadmap in close coordination with development, sales, and management
• Market and competitive analysis of relevant products and technologies in the field of electromobility/Automotive
• Responsibility for the product development budget and ensuring efficient resource planning
• Representation of the product portfolio against customers, partners, and internally within the company
• Management of product maintenance and quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Preparation and maintenance of complete product documentation (technical specs, data sheets, release notes)

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a technical degree (e.g. Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable) with a focus on application software
• Detailed technical understanding of mechatronic systems
• Knowledge in Systems Engineering
• Experience in vehicle data processing and analysis
• Safe handling of relevant tools, particularly Matlab and Jama
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a sense for economically relevant connections
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead different stakeholders securely
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking; German language skills are an advantage
• Travel readiness of approximately 10%
