Product Manager (m/f/d) Identity Visibility & Intelligence

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the roadmap and backlog of your product area, write and prioritize epics and user stories, and conduct refinements together with the development team.
• You conduct product discovery independently, gather feedback from customers, consulting, and implementation partners, evaluate product telemetry, and derive from it what will be built and what will not.
• You will take on one of our strategic topics, for example, governance for AI agents and non-human identities or AI-supported authorization management.
• You measure adoption after release, analyze usage, and steer accordingly, instead of losing sight of features after delivery.
• You empower sales, marketing, and partners through compelling positioning, targeted enablement, and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• You have product management experience in complex enterprise software and have been responsible for the content of at least one product or product area over a longer period.
• IAM/IGA experience is a significant plus, but not a requirement. More important is that you have demonstrably familiarized yourself deeply with a complex, regulated domain – whether that was IAM, Finance, Medical Technology, or Industry is secondary.
• You make decisions based on evidence from customer conversations and usage data – not based on the loudest voice in the room.
• You are technically savvy enough to discuss data models and integration patterns with architects without dictating the technical implementation.
• You have fluent German and English language skills.
