Your Tasks

• Be responsible for the further development of a diverse product portfolio with central responsibility in an agile development environment.

• Ensure smooth coordination of all involved persons, stakeholders, and management, including structured project documentation.

• Support the establishment of internal competencies through active knowledge transfer and targeted training measures.

• Develop the product vision for current and future products based on regular customer and non-customer interviews as well as market observations.

• Create and present strategic decision-making templates for the management level, including relevant market analyses, data, and evaluations.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Technical Informatics, Physics, or a comparable technical qualification.

• Professional experience in international project or product management of complex and explainable products.

• Agile, result-oriented, and structured working style combined with high technical understanding of modern product and system landscapes.

• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.

• Will to moderate travel activity (approx. 15%) as part of customer visits, workshops, and coordination meetings.
