Product Manager (m/w/d) Career Path

We are not a startup in development – we are a growth-oriented e-commerce company on course towards triple-digit million sales.

Our products have successfully established themselves on the market. Now, we are looking for an experienced person in product management who takes responsibility, is operationally strong and actively drives our product development forward.

Your Role

You are responsible for managing and further developing our products along their entire lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Design, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure that product ideas become market-ready and successful products.

You combine analytical thinking with pragmatic implementation and have a good sense of market, customers, and product performance.

Tasks

• Management and further development of existing products
• Conducting market, competitive, and target group analyses
• Participation in the development of new products and product lines
• Support for pricing and positioning
• Coordination with Design and Management regarding product concepts
• Creation of product and marketing texts
• Ensuring quality, availability, and product standards
• Creation of product presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Closely working together with Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales
• Monitoring product performance throughout the entire lifecycle
• Support for optimizing processes in the product department

Qualification

• Completed studies, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable fields
• Multiple years of experience in product management, product marketing, or similar areas
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or comparable industries is advantageous
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good numerical affinity and understanding of market and customer needs
• Hands-on mentality and high self-responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in health, natural, or cosmetics products is advantageous
