WHAT YOU DO WITH US

• Further development and lifecycle management of our service portfolio in the area of Cloud & Infrastructure, as well as evaluation of new service ideas regarding customer benefit, market potential, deliverability, and economic viability
• Development, calculation, and optimization of marketable managed services, including service descriptions and sales-relevant documents
• Support for sales and marketing in positioning our services, go-to-market activities, and the creation of customer offers
• Close coordination with delivery, sales, manufacturers, and other stakeholders for the successful provision of our services
• Analysis of market, technology, and competitor trends to identify new potentials and further develop the portfolio

HOW YOU INSPIRE US

• Experience in the development and management of managed services or IT services, ideally in product, solution, or service management
• Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-oriented, economically viable, and sales-usable service offerings
• Experience with service calculations and a good understanding of pricing and economic viability 
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructures as well as technologies in the areas of cloud, data center, and infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully drive interdisciplinary topics across departments
