- You manage the entire lifecycle of our chilled water climate systems – from strategic conception to end-of-life.
- Through market and competitor analyses, you specifically identify new customer requirements and translate them into a sustainable product strategy.
- You actively shape the product roadmap and drive the development of technical innovations to strengthen our market position.
- As a central point of contact, you work closely with the teams from development, sales, marketing, and service to jointly ensure product success.
- You act as a technical expert, create meaningful product documentation, and support sales with your expertise in complex customer projects.
Profile
- You have completed further training as a refrigeration system master craftsman (m/f/d) or equivalent, such as technician or a degree
- You have initial experience in product management or technical sales in the field of refrigeration technology
- You possess in-depth technical understanding of refrigeration systems and chilled water systems
- You think analytically and have a strong understanding of the market and customers
- You are a strong communicator and a team player
- You are fluent in German and English at a negotiation level
