Product Manager for Plasma Technologies (m/w/d) This is Your Area of Activity: You conduct market analyses and competitive observations to identify trends and opportunities in the field of plasma technologies. You work closely with the departments Research & Development, Engineering, and Production to develop new products and optimize existing ones. You develop and implement product strategies in line with corporate goals. You cultivate and intensify contacts with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful launch of new products and the continuous improvement of existing ones. Your tasks include: • Conducting market analyses and competitive observations to identify trends and opportunities in the field of plasma technologies • Developing and implementing product strategies in line with corporate goals • Working closely with the departments Research & Development, Engineering, and Production to develop new products and optimize existing ones • Cultivating and intensifying contacts with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful launch of new products and the continuous improvement of existing ones • Identifying and evaluating opportunities for innovation and growth • Developing and implementing measures to improve product quality and customer satisfaction • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals • Providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed. Your qualifications: • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering) • Several years of experience in the field of plasma technologies or a related area • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
