Product Manager Sealing Systems (m/w/d)

DOYMA is a leading manufacturer of sealing and fire protection systems based in Oyten. Our task is it, building penetrations with pipes and cables against water, fire and smoke gas to seal or shut off. We operate in the three core competence fields of civil engineering, building technology and energy supply and deliver the market with execution systems for pipes and cables, heat pump introduction systems, single- and multi-part house connections for supply and disposal lines, fire protection systems and other products. Our customers include construction companies, property developers, architects, engineers and other industry players. We are looking for a product manager who is responsible for the development of sealing systems for building penetrations. The tasks include the planning and implementation of new products, the coordination with internal departments and external partners, the market analysis and the preparation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or a related field, several years of experience in the construction industry, knowledge of building regulations and standards, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
