Aufgaben

As Product Manager:in, you will be responsible for the strategic and technical further development of their depot management solutions and ensure that customer requirements are translated into successful products.

• Responsibility for the product strategy and the entire product lifecycle in the Depot Management area
• Analysis of market demands, customer feedback, and operational processes to further develop the product landscape
• Evaluation, structuring, and prioritization of requirements as well as translation into executable product concepts
• Development of business cases, decision-making templates, and strategic recommendations for management
• Identification and evaluation of opportunities for AI-based functions and automation solutions
• Closely working with development teams to implement new product requirements and innovations
• Further development of the product positioning as well as support for go-to-market activities
• Analysis of potential partnerships and representation of the company at customer and industry events
• Taking and evaluating real operational requirements from depot, disposition, workshop, and loading infrastructure
• Ensuring a high level of operational usability of the solutions in 24/7 operation of critical infrastructure

Qualifikation

• Min. 5 years experience in product management of software solutions
• Experience in the environment of transportation companies, mobility systems, or operational software platforms
• Understanding of depot processes, vehicle control, or comparable business operations
• Experience with complex and integrated system landscapes
• Able to analyze complex requirements, structure them, and translate them into concrete solutions
• First practical experience or demonstrated interest in the use of AI/ML-based technologies in the product field
• Understanding of the potential of AI for optimizing operational processes and data-driven decision-making
• A strong communication ability as well as a confident appearance towards customers and stakeholders
• A structured and analytical work style with high self-responsibility
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse
