Product Management (m/w/d), 20 Hours/Week

As a young, dynamic company, we combine innovation spirit with a high quality standard. To further drive our growth, we are looking for you to support us as an assistant with a focus on product management for our branch office in Berlin.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• In close coordination with sales, quality management, and production, you coordinate the graphic implementation of our products.
• You steer and accompany external graphic and creative service providers, coordinate the design process, and ensure timely implementation of all product innovations.
• You maintain and control all product-relevant data in our inventory system and ensure transparency and process stability.
• You create product and packaging calculations and provide the economic basis for offer calculations.
• In addition, you support our management team in their daily operations, e.g., by preparing presentation materials.

Qualification

Your Profile

• First professional experience in product management or a comparable role, preferably in the food industry.
• A very meticulous, structured, and error-free working style – especially when dealing with product data, layouts, and calculations.
• Experience in coordinating projects and external service providers; you keep timings, dependencies, and details reliably in mind.
• Very good MS-Office skills, high IT affinity, and safe handling of inventory and ERP systems; knowledge of graphic programs is an advantage.
• Openness to the use of KI-supported tools (e.g., for research, text, data, or presentation support) and enthusiasm for integrating new digital working methods into existing processes.
• A very good command of German in writing and speaking; English skills are advantageous.
• Sovereign, confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial, service-oriented work style and enthusiasm for special foods.
