Production Technician - Quality, Support & Equipment (m/f/d) - Full-time

We, HKK Bionics GmbH, are a multiple award-winning MedTech start-up from Ulm. With the exomotion® hand one, we have developed the first motorized hand orthosis of its kind, which allows completely paralyzed hands to grasp again. We are looking for a Production Technician – Quality, Support & Equipment (m/f/d) in full-time, starting as soon as possible, from October 2026.

Tasks

• Execution, maintenance, and further development of incoming and outgoing goods inspections, including checklists and associated QM processes
• Participation in repairs and support cases, including technical diagnosis, resolution, and documentation
• Management, maintenance, and upkeep of operational, measuring, and testing equipment, including independent design of simple operational equipment and production aids

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or comparable technician qualification (e.g., Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering), including basic CAD skills
• Understanding of electronics: ESD-compliant work, simple soldering
• Structured, careful way of working
• Willingness to reliably follow defined processes and contribute own optimization ideas
