We are looking for a team leader for SMD production at our Bodensee location. A role where you don't just coordinate, but really shape: line responsibility, shift planning, quality key figures, and a team that counts on you.

Tasks

• Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Teams im SMD-Bereich
• Fine planning of production orders and organization of personnel deployment
• Steering of communication to preceding and subsequent departments
• Conducting and documenting employee training sessions
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating production key figures, with concrete measures derived from them
• Identifying, analyzing, and correcting disturbances in the production process, including documentation
• Monitoring of maintenance work and intervals in collaboration with specialized departments

Qualification

• Completed technical education, e.g. as an electronics technician, mechatronics engineer or comparable
• Experience in production, ideally in the SMD environment
• Safe technical understanding and developed quality awareness
• Practical experience in dealing with production equipment and manufacturing processes
• First experience in leading teams in a production environment
• Readiness to work in a shift system
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
