We are an innovative, family-owned plastics factory and produce high-quality industrial containers for various applications. For our location, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of production planning & process coordination.

Tasks

Your tasks with us...

-You coordinate machine planning and ensure that all capacities are used optimally.
- You take over order processing - reliably, structured and always with a view to deadlines and quality.
- You plan and organize our workshop, so that work processes run smoothly.
- You are responsible for the milling plan and ensure that all preparation steps are correctly prepared.
- You conduct quality management (QS) and maintain our high standards.
- You process complaints, find causes and lead to sustainable improvements.
- You are our problem solver for any challenges in the production process.
- You prepare orders - including material testing and provision.
- You create machine evaluations and lead to optimizations based on them.
- You drive process optimization forward and develop improvements for modern, efficient production workflows.
- You create work instructions and ensure clear, understandable guidelines.
- You check technical drawings and ensure that all requirements are correctly implemented.
- You conduct inventory checks and adjust inventory as needed.

Qualification

You bring with you...

- A completed training in the commercial or technical field.
- Experiences in production planning or process coordination - ideally in plastics processing.
- Good German language skills and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage.
- Knowledge of creating bill of materials is desirable.
- A structured working style, organizational strength and attention to detail.
- Proactive thinking, decision-making courage and team spirit.

Basic knowledge: Cost and performance accounting
Extended knowledge: Workplace design, project management
Expert knowledge: Calculation, quality inspection, quality assurance, quality management, personnel planning
Absolutely required: Production-, order- and preparation planning
