About our client
Our client is a medium-sized medical technology company from the Nuremberg metropolitan area.
Tasks
- Planning and control of production orders in coordination with internal interfaces Sales, Construction, Production Control, Pre-production, Production, and Assembly
- Comprehensive capacity and resource planning for production orders for projects and special equipment taking into account existing deadline requirements, capacities, procurement, and order situation
- Control, monitoring, and responsibility for production control-relevant KPIs (throughput time, punctuality, productivity, rework rate) as well as derivation and implementation of measures to improve processes
- Ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery under optimal utilization of all resources
- Ongoing optimization of production flows and processes
Qualification
- Vocational or technical education with technical training or comparable studies
- Multiple years of professional experience in production control, production planning, or pre-production
- Teamwork ability, communication strength, and an above-average ability to recognize and solve problems
- Safe handling of ERP systems (preferably ProAlpha) and common office applications
- Outstanding technical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the willingness to take responsibility even under challenging framework conditions
- Ability to analyze data and work in projects and introduce new products
