Pharmaceutical Production Worker (m/w/d)

Work Selection AG We are looking for a motivated and engaged pharmaceutical production worker for our customer, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., located in Kaiseraugst, to start immediately for a fixed-term employment of one year with the option of extension. As a production worker, you will be an integral part of the packaging team and responsible for operating the production equipment and ensuring correct order and batch changes to guarantee GMP- and SHE-compliant production. You will contribute to optimizing production workflows and increasing equipment availability through organizational and technical improvements. You will report directly to the process unit leader VS-Solids Kaiseraugst. Tasks - Execution of packaging tasks in accordance with applicable GMP regulations, including material identification and accounting, performing in-process controls and sample extractions, transporting and disposing of goods - Participation in routine production as equipment operator - Independent operation of production equipment and related IT systems - Independent documentation of all GMP-relevant work and disturbances - Cleaning and clearing of production equipment - Waste disposal - Processing production orders in relevant IT systems - Active participation in introducing, optimizing, and applying LPS (Lean Production System) methods - Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Requirements - Completed vocational training - 1-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry - Proficient handling of production-relevant systems - Teamwork and willingness to work in a self-organized team - Shift availability - Enjoy working in a dynamic environment - Good process and technical understanding - Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) Are you interested?
