Production Assistant (m/w/d)

Our subsidiary, Triathlon Batteries GmbH, is a modern production facility for traction batteries located in Glauchau / Saxony. As a reliable partner, we stand by our customers throughout all project phases from the first consultation and planning to the production and assembly of the battery system. To strengthen our team at the Glauchau location, we are currently looking for a mechatronics technician (m/w/d) in the production area. Your task area:

• Diverse production and assembly work for the manufacture of accumulators
• Assembly of lithium-ion accumulators and their components according to the work plan
• Performance of function tests on production items
• Electrical inspection of production items
• Operation of forklift trucks, as necessary
• Support for colleagues in all processes of the production workflow

Requirements:

• Technical understanding is an advantage, as we are a production company
• Initial knowledge of mechatronic and electrical components is desirable
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
• A valid forklift license is desirable, but not necessarily required, as we will support you!
• Interest, motivation, and initiative
• Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented work
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
