Production Master (Person) Chemical Process Technology

Our client is seeking two Production Masters for Chemical Process Technology in the Oldenburg Münsterland area.
The first position does not have a shift system and the second position has a two-shift system.

The company is in the industry sector.

Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership
• Training of employees
• Ensuring timely and quality-oriented order processing
• Production planning
• Process optimization
• Guaranteeing and monitoring all operational requirements for occupational safety and quality
• Ongoing updating and maintenance of order documents
• Tight interface coordination with adjacent departments in the plant

Qualification

• Master, technician or study in a technical or process technology field
• Professional experience in a technical or process technology field
• Mult-year leadership experience
• Experience with methods of process optimization
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good German language skills

The remuneration reflects the responsibility of this role. A fixed annual salary of €50,000 to €65,000 is planned. The exact starting point will be based on your documented leadership experience (number of directly managed employees), your achievements in optimizing department structures, and your budget responsibility.
