The Team Besides processing the mentioned materials for the watch industry, your main tasks would be: - Setting up and monitoring production orders - Production of orders - Optimizing production processes with good ideas - Daily maintenance of machines and measuring instruments You will work in a so-called VSD shift model. This means that you will only work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On these days, the shifts rotate in a 3-shift model. Effectively, you will work only 28 hours a week and receive 40 hours paid. From Monday to Thursday, you have no working commitment.
