Production Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Production Manager (w/m/d) for our customer, a comprehensive solutions provider in the cleanroom area, at the Burghausen location.

Tasks

• Leadership, development, and motivation of the entire production team
• Ensuring efficient, quality-conform, and safe production processes while adhering to all cleanroom-, hygiene-, and safety standards
• Planning and controlling daily capacities, resources, and shift models
• Ongoing optimization of processes regarding productivity, quality, and costs – in close cooperation with CI/Lean and QS
• Responsibility for KPI management, shopfloor control, and transparent communication of production goals
• Interface management with quality assurance, technology, logistics, HR, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits as well as ensuring documentation and compliance requirements

Qualification

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in the area of production, logistics, or quality management
• Multiple years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the cleanroom or hygiene area is advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and KPI control
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills combined with decision-making ability and hands-on mentality
• High affinity to quality-, hygiene-, and safety standards as well as structured documentation
• Organizational talent, stress tolerance, and ability to connect operational requirements and strategic goals
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills for exchange in the international environment
