Your Function:

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for production with 2 sub-areas
• Leadership and further development of employees
• Promoting a solution-oriented and high-performance team culture
• Responsibility for production planning, quality, and compliance
• Optimization of manufacturing and process flows
• Collaboration with various departments

Qualification

• Degree in the field of Chemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Cosmetic Sciences or comparable field
• Professional experience in production, ideally in the field of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or food
• Knowledge of GMP environment is a plus
• Entrepreneurial thinking and structured work approach
• Leadership qualities with simultaneous respectful collaboration
