For a customer from the food production industry, we are seeking a Production Assistant (m/w/d) at our Neuhofen location through labor leasing. Our offer to you: Attractive remuneration between €15/h and €16/h gross

Unlimited employment contract
50% of our employees receive an offer for takeover by our customers in the first year of leasing

The tasks you will perform: Supporting plant and machine operators in production
Preparing, booking, and loading raw materials and finished products
Assisting on extruders, flake rollers, sieve machines, and tablet presses
Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines according to specifications
Carrying out cleaning and disinfection measures




The skills you bring: Several years of experience in feed production, food processing, or similar fields advantageous
Prior experience with machine operation desirable
Structured work approach
Basic computer knowledge
Stapler certification beneficial
