Your Tasks

• Pressing, shrinking, and reaming bushings, as well as rolling, caulking, and testing bearings according to work instructions
• Assembling threaded inserts and sealing bearings and bushings to ensure the required quality
• Manufacturing and processing control cables, including cutting to length, burning, crimping end fittings, and stretching and quality testing the cables.
• Performing pre-assembly work according to technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Processing and forwarding production orders in the ERP system and ensuring correct documentation
• Supporting adjacent departments during capacity bottlenecks and contributing to a smooth production process

This is how you convince us

• Completed vocational training as a production mechanic, automotive specialist, plant and apparatus mechanic, carpenter, or comparable technical basic training
• Strong fine motor skills and experience in assembly or manufacturing work are an advantage
• Ability to safely read and implement technical drawings and work instructions
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken, at at least B2 level, and confident use of digital work tools; ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, meticulous, and quality-conscious way of working with high reliability, flexibility, and commitment
• Team-oriented and respectful personality with a sense of responsibility, as well as open and cooperative collaboration in the work environment
