Production Controller (m/w/d) | Manufacturing Company | Jena Area

In the name of a successful company from a future-oriented industry, we are looking for a Production Controller (m/w/d) to strengthen the controlling team at a production site in the Jena area. In this key role, you will create transparency over costs and key figures and actively support operational and strategic decisions in the production environment.

Tasks

• Analyse, control, and monitor material and manufacturing costs
• Implementation of standard and deviation analyses
• Preparation of regular production and performance reports
• Presentation and analysis of relevant production and control key figures
• Calculation of product and process costs as well as maintenance of cost structures
• Support in investment decisions and financial calculations
• Preparation of financial, management, and operational presentations

Qualification

• Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
• First experience in controlling a manufacturing company from the chemical or food industry is advantageous
• Outstanding analytical skills and structured working method
• High level of self-initiative and assertiveness
• Safe handling of MS Office; SAP and Power BI knowledge are desirable
• Very good German and good English language skills
