Production Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking to strengthen our team in Brandenburg an der Havel with a production controller (m/w/d) on a fixed-term basis for one year.

Tasks

• Taking the lead in introducing and developing a new, comprehensive production cost system.
• Closely collaborating with various departments to implement new ERP software.
• Analyzing and preparing relevant KPIs for production areas and creating informative reports for all manufacturing sectors.
• Conducting deviation analyses to identify cost drivers and derive suitable optimization measures.
• Precise and timely cost center analyses to support production management.
• Creating annual budgets and rolling forecasts for production areas.
• Serving as a central interface between finance and production.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in production controlling and good knowledge of industrial processes and workflows.
• Fundamental understanding of cost accounting procedures in production.
• Proficient use of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, ERP systems, databases, and SQL.
• Outstanding analytical skills and high affinity for numbers and IT.
• Team-oriented work style, high level of self-responsibility, and a pragmatic and result-oriented approach.
• Able to work effectively with colleagues from different departments and divisions.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
