Production Controller (m/w/d) - Controlling in Production and Manufacturing

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Creation and analysis of production-relevant key figures and reports for all manufacturing areas
• Active development of the company's KPI system
• Participation in investment decision-making processes for manufacturing
• Business partner for identifying optimization potential in the production environment and ensuring the follow-up of implementation measures
• Cost accounting support for manufacturing areas within cost center analyses
• Setup of a production order control system
• Tracking of production costs development and taking over of subsequent recalculation
• Carrying out ad-hoc evaluations and participating in special projects

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration (BWL) or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on controlling and production, or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in production controlling at a manufacturing company, preferably in the food industry
• Outstanding analytical skills and understanding of complex relationships
• Structured and self-reliant working style, high willingness to work and team spirit
• Communication strength and hands-on mentality
• Fundamental knowledge of MS-Excel and ideally GUS system
