• Production controlling including operational accounting and costing, as well as their continuous development
• Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting in the production area
• Creation of profitability analyses and investment calculations
• Preparation of variance analyses and derivation of measures
• Analysis and reconciliation of the monthly results of the operational units
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses
• Sparring partner for operational managers in business administration matters
• Planning and evaluation of annual and multi-year budgets
• Reconciliation of internal transfer prices

What you bring with you

• Basic business or technical education with corresponding further training (Master's in Business Administration, federally certified expert in accounting and controlling, NDS Controlling Uni/FH, or equivalent)
• Professional experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in an international environment
• IT affinity and S/4HANA, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and communication skills appropriate for different levels
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
