Product Photographer:in | Assistant / Student:in / Intern:in (m/w/d)

The VILOOM GmbH in Wiesbaden designs lights with a high claim to design, function, quality, and sustainability. Our lights are manufactured in Germany and combine high-quality materials with modern lighting technology. As a growing startup, we work with great passion, short decision-making paths, and a high quality claim for every single product.

As of now we are looking for support in the field of product photography as an Aushilfe, Werkstudent:in or Praktikant:in (m/w/d). You set our lights independently into scene – from the first image idea to the final motif. With your fine sense for light, materials, surfaces, and details, you make our products not only visible but also experiential. If you enjoy precise, creative work and want to implement high-quality photographs, we look forward to your support.

Tasks

✔️ You conceptualize and realize independent product photo shootings (studio & on-location).
✔️ You develop creative set designs, mood boards, and image worlds for our brand.
✔️ You set light, perspective, and composition deliberately to optimally present materials and quality.
✔️ You take over professional image editing and retouching.
✔️ You define the optimal use of the image worlds – website, Instagram, campaigns, brochures, print.
✔️ You produce additional video content for website and social media. (Plus but not a must)
✔️ You work closely with the team on storytelling, campaigns, and brand appearance.

Qualification

✔️ You ideally study in the field of media, photography, communication or design.
✔️ You have fundamental experience with camera technology and a strong technical understanding of light.
✔️ Product photography is ideally your focus or passion.
✔️ You possess an outstanding sense for aesthetics, details, and high-quality materials.
✔️ You understand brand impact and want to contribute visually to building the brand.
✔️ You work safely with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
✔️ You are creative, independent, structured, and highly motivated.
✔️ You have a desire for startup dynamics and fast implementation cycles.
