Do you enjoy turning good ideas into products that actually end up on the shelf? Then you're in the right place with us! In our product development department, you can be creative, try out new recipes, rethink existing products, and guide your ideas to production readiness. You won't be working alone: you'll be in close contact with production, quality, sales, marketing, purchasing, and technology. As part of the team, you should bring good technical knowledge, be happy to take responsibility, and be flexible enough when a development project takes a different direction than planned.

• Development of new recipes and product concepts, as well as optimization of our existing product portfolio
• Accompanying your products from the initial idea to production readiness; including planning, trials, documentation, and implementation
• Optimization of existing products and processes with a focus on quality, feasibility, and costs
• Planning and organization of tastings, as well as persuasive presentation of your developments
• Testing and evaluating new raw materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes
• Management of parallel projects

• Completed degree, e.g., Food Technology, Beverage Technology, Dairy Technology, or a comparable field of study; alternatively, a suitable apprenticeship with corresponding practical experience
• You have already gained professional experience in product development in the food sector and can independently drive development projects forward after appropriate training
• Ideally, initial experience in project management
• You maintain an overview even with parallel projects or short-term changes in requirements and remain calm
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with ERP systems is a plus
• You enjoy working with different specialist departments and can communicate your ideas understandably and persuasively in German; English skills are an advantage
