For our Product Marketing Team, we are looking for reinforcement as soon as possible to create technical content to communicate the advantages and functionalities of hyperMILL clearly and understandably to the respective target groups.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Technical Communication & Content Creation:
  Translation of technical content related to CAD/CAM and MES into target group-oriented, practical content – from website texts and presentations to videos, e-papers, and social media content.
• Product Campaigns & Product Launches:
  Planning and implementation of technical product campaigns as well as support for product launches, in addition to developing positioning, messages, and key visuals in close coordination with graphics and marketing.
• Project Management & Coordination:
  Taking project responsibility for cross-departmental marketing initiatives and independently managing all stakeholders from conception to finished content.
• Internal Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Communication:
  Close collaboration with product management, development, and sales, as well as ensuring internal know-how transfer.
• Market & Trend Observation:
  Monitoring relevant trends in manufacturing, digitalization, and AI, and subsequently incorporating these new impulses into the content strategy for technical target groups.

Your Profile

• Technical Education or Degree:
  Technical training or degree – e.g., as a cutting mechanic, tool mechanic, or comparable, including practical experience in manufacturing or CAM programming.
• Experience in Technical Marketing:
  Experience in product marketing or content marketing, ideally with technical content such as presentations, videos, and other marketing materials. Interest in marketing channels for the ideal distribution of created content.
• Manufacturing Competence & Application Understanding:
  Good understanding of manufacturing processes and user needs, preferably also experience with MES or digital manufacturing topics.
• Project Management Competence:
  Structured and independent way of working, experience in coordinating projects with various stakeholders.
• AI Competence:
  Experience and enthusiasm for new processes and approaches, e.g., in content creation.
• Language Skills:
  Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
