Product/Project Lead (f/m/x)

As Product /Project Lead (f/m/x), you are responsible for managing customer projects in the Digital Solutions area (Budget, Time, Scope… Your tasks will include: • Project planning and coordination, • Budgeting and financial management, • Time and scope management, • Communication with customers and internal stakeholders, • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, • Identification of project risks and development of mitigation strategies, • Monitoring and controlling project progress, • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business administration), • At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field, • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello), • Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana, Basecamp).
