As a Product Owner, you translate vision into concrete actions and ensure that multidisciplinary (Business and IT) teams deliver maximum value for the customer and organization. You develop a powerful product vision that seamlessly aligns with our strategy and ensure that this is realized in practice.

We do this as part of a European group with offices in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, and Italy. What will you do?

You are the face of the business, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and make decisions with mandate. You operate at the intersection of Business and IT and manage an Agile Business Team that translates issues into valuable Epics and Features.

With your sharp prioritization, you keep the backlog clear, define features and stories, and monitor quality according to the highest standards and the Definition of Done.

What do we ask of you?

• HBO+/WO work and thinking level with analytical skills to quickly understand complex processes

• Passion for the Pension Business and affinity with domain knowledge (e.g., WTP and choice guidance is a pré)

• Experience with Agile/SAFe principles and working in multidisciplinary teams

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to translate customer needs into valuable solutions

• Organizational talent: you are demonstrably strong in planning, structuring, and setting priorities

• Communication power: you maintain relationships with stakeholders and know how to convince based on arguments and personality

• You move comfortably at the intersection of business and IT and know how to effectively connect different disciplines

• Problem-solving ability and decisiveness: you dare to make choices and take responsibility

• Language skills: excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

• It is a pré if you have work experience as a Product Owner and hold WFT certificates (Basis, Vermogen, Pensioen)

Salary per month:
Based on collective labor agreement scale 17 HAY, the range is €5,991.23 to €7,988.31 based on 36 hours.
