As a Product Manager Parts & Tyres, you are responsible for the further development and growth of your own product range. You analyze the market, maintain contact with suppliers, and determine which products are interesting to purchase. With your commercial insight and analytical skills, you ensure that our products align well with the demand of customers worldwide.

You will have a lot of freedom to take initiative, develop new ideas, and directly contribute to the commercial success of BAS Parts & Tyres.

What will you do?

As a Product Manager, you are the point of contact for your product groups. You combine market and data analysis with purchasing, assortment management, and collaboration with various departments.

You keep an eye on developments within the market, investigate which products sell well, and look for new commercial opportunities.

Your tasks:

• You analyze market developments, sales figures, and customer needs to further develop your product range;

• You maintain contact with suppliers, negotiate purchasing opportunities, and independently purchase parts;

• You identify opportunities to expand, adjust, or phase out products from the assortment;

• You ensure that product information, such as specifications, descriptions, and features, is complete and correct online;

• You monitor the commercial performance of your product groups and steer on revenue, margins, and availability;

• You work closely with colleagues from purchasing, sales, e-commerce, marketing, and IT to implement improvements;

• You actively contribute to achieving personal and team objectives.

You will be responsible for further building your own product groups. In doing so, you combine analytical work with commercial acumen and are busy daily discovering and leveraging new opportunities.

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level;

• You have an interest in automotive, technology, and truck parts;

• You are analytically strong and know how to convert data into concrete commercial opportunities;

• You enjoy working with Excel and can analyze sales figures and market developments;

• You are commercially minded and get energy from developing and growing a product range;

• You take initiative, ask critical questions, and think in terms of solutions;

• You are good at planning and organizing and maintain an overview when things get busy;

• You enjoy working together with different departments.

BAS Parts & Tyres continues to grow and is therefore investing in a brand new facility in Veghel. Here you will find a modern office with space for 100 colleagues, an extensive canteen, and two warehouse halls with a combined storage space of 2,500 m² and a height of 15 meters.

This new location offers ample opportunities to further expand our international trade. As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in this growth and will be given the space to further develop your product range.
