Production Worker

As a production worker, you will work in a technical sprue factory where you will have plenty of room to grow in your role. You will work full-time in the 3-shift service. As a production worker, you will receive a salary of €2500.00 gross per month, excluding 18.33% shift allowance.

• A travel expense reimbursement of 0.23 cents per kilometer;

As a production worker, you will work on our sprue department, where in total 35 machines are located that you will learn step by step. You will be responsible for checking the products, performing small adjustments - such as cutting off excess pieces - and neatly stacking the products on a pallet. Then, you will bring these to your colleague, who ensures that the products go into the oven.

In the initial phase, you are responsible for 5-6 machines, so you can get familiar with the process. Once you can work independently, you will learn about the remaining machines and expand your work as a production worker further. For those who have ambition, there are plenty of opportunities for growth. You can develop into an operator and eventually even grow to team leader.

As a production worker, you will work in the 3-shift service from 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00 hours.

Your workplace

The company is a family business in Ede that has existed for 57 years. They specialize in making various sprue products and semi-finished products ranging from 100 grams to 25 kg. The products are produced according to the customer's wishes, and these customers come from all over Europe. The machine park has small and large sprue machines up to 2,300 tons. The company has an informal atmosphere with short lines where drive and motivation are the most important things. There is room for development and growth within the company!

• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
