Production Worker

Manpower Italia is looking for a Production Worker with previous experience in production. We are seeking a dynamic person with strong attention to detail and passion for wood and sustainable building, this is the opportunity that's right for you! Main responsibilities: - Assembling and producing windows and XLam panels according to specific technical specifications. - Working with wood using CNC machines, saws, grinders, and other equipment. - Preparing materials and controlling quality of finished products. - Mounting frames and glazing for wooden windows. - Verifying measurements and quality of XLam panels before shipment. - Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficiency and respect for deadlines. Requirements: - Previous experience in woodworking or window production. - Knowledge and use of machines for cutting and processing wood (CNC, saws, grinders). - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. - Precision and attention to detail. - Availability to work shifts and in a dynamic work environment. - Completing the profile with ability to work in a team and attitude towards respecting workplace safety regulations.
