Production Worker for Car Lamps/Reflectors - No Experience Needed

Operator production

We are looking for candidates to work as production operators at our company, EWL INTERNATIONAL, producing car lamps and reflectors.

• Start: immediately

We offer:

• A temporary employment contract
• A monthly salary of 4,666 PLN gross + bonus
• Bonus:
• 280 PLN brutto - additional payment for 4 shifts
• 430 PLN - MPS bonus (dependent on the plant's results)

Night shift premium: according to labor code

Overtime pay: 50% and 100%

Advance payments: 400 PLN net (after 10 days of work)

Monthly working hours: 168-190 hours

Schedule: 3 shifts (6-14, 14-22, 22-6)

Work system: 4-shift system; 1-2 days off; 4 afternoon shifts; 1-2 days off; 4 morning shifts

Tasks:

• Checking machine parameters
• Inspecting the quality of produced products
• Filling out documents
• Standing work, lifting up to 10 kg
• Maintaining order on working stations

Requirements:

• Manual skills
• Good eyesight and physical condition
• Ability to count up to 25
• Basic mathematical operations: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
