You'll work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure the highest quality and precision in every weld, every day. This is a production-based role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Fabricate high-quality welds on bus frames, components, and other metal parts • Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure quality and precision in every weld • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste • Perform other duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2+ years of experience in welding or a related field • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
