Production & Warehouse Operator

Location: Wałcz

Your responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of machines used for mixing and packaging fertilizers, in accordance with process parameters and product specification.
• Operation of raw materials and finished products, including loading, unloading, and transportation of materials using forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Performing ongoing quality checks and supporting the sampling process and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records related to production, material flow, and inventory levels.
• Preparing and assembling materials for production and shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lockout/Tagout procedures, and spill response.
• Participation in daily meetings, OHS meetings, and incident reporting.
• Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and workstations to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Supporting inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and warehouse organization according to the FIFO principle and storage guidelines.
• Collaboration with team members and supervisors to achieve production plans and resolve ongoing operational issues.

Our requirements

Qualifications and experience

• Secondary or vocational education in production, logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a production or warehouse role, preferably in the chemical or fertilizer industry.

• Forklift and loader operating licenses will be an additional advantage.

• Fluent knowledge of Polish, both spoken and written, is required. Knowledge of English will be a plus.

Technical skills

• Operation of industrial machinery and equipment for internal transport and material handling.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose simple faults.

• Knowledge of production processes and warehouse logistics.

Safety and compliance

• Adherence to OHS regulations and procedures related to handling chemical substances.

• Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures.

• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP principles, and ISO standards (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

Personal competencies

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Teamwork skills and effective communication.

• Reliability, punctuality, and readiness for shift work.

About the position

We are looking for a Production and Warehouse Operator for our terminal in Wałcz. In our team, we emphasize flexibility, development, mutual support, and learning. In this role, you will support the entire fertilizer production and logistics process by operating production equipment, managing materials, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production and warehouse processes.
